Adult Patients (40+) Stabilized During Hospitalization or within 30 days post-discharge for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure

The PARAGLIDE-HF Study is currently enrolling patients who have been stabilized during hospitalization or within 30 days post-discharge for acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) with the following:

Stable systolic blood pressure

Preserved ejection fraction (LVEF > 40%)

Elevated level of NT-proBNP or BNP
